CPR stands for cardiopulmonary resuscitation. It is an emergency procedure that combines chest compressions and rescue breaths to maintain blood flow and oxygenation in someone who has suffered a cardiac arrest.

CPR is important because it can keep blood flowing and oxygenated to the brain and other vital organs until professional medical help arrives. This can greatly increase the chances of survival for someone who has suffered a cardiac arrest.

Anyone can learn CPR, and it is recommended for anyone who wants to be prepared in case of an emergency. This includes parents, teachers, healthcare professionals, and anyone who works with the public.

1- You will receive via email an online portion that you complete at your own pace

2- In class session by a bilingual instructor - Practice hands on skills

3- Receive Official Canadian Red Cross certificate 

Blended learning offers flexibility for participants as well as the employer.  Please note, for Blended Training, the online components must be completed prior to the in-class training. The length of the online portion varies with participants and can depend on prior experience and knowledge of the material.

BLS (Basic Life Support) has replaced the HCP (Healthcare Provider) course.

BLS is a more up to date version of HCP 

I offer Standard First Aid, Emergency First Aid, CPR Level A, CPR Level C, BLS, AED, Airway management and Oxygen Therapy
